Virginia Miss All American
Kim Nicewonder
Executive Director
Kim Nicewonder brings more than 30 years of pageantry, leadership, and mentorship experience to her role as Executive Director of Miss Virginia All American.
A former Miss Virginia USA 1989, Kim spent three decades leading the Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA programs. Throughout her career, she has mentored generations of young women, helping them strengthen their confidence, communication skills, leadership abilities, and sense of purpose.
For Kim, pageantry has always been about much more than a crown. She believes in creating an environment where contestants are encouraged to recognize their God-given gifts, use their voices, serve others, and pursue their goals with courage, faith, and authenticity.
After three decades with the Miss Universe Organization, Kim was ready for a new chapter that more closely reflected her values and her vision for the impact pageantry can have on young women. She is honored to bring her experience to Miss Virginia All American and to build a program where contestants are celebrated not only for what they accomplish on stage, but for who they are becoming and the difference they can make beyond it.
Her hope is that every contestant leaves the Virginia program with greater confidence, meaningful friendships, a stronger sense of purpose, and memories that extend far beyond pageant weekend.
Natalie Rife Williams
Assistant Director
Natalie Rife Williams is a professional and celebrity hair and makeup artist, beauty entrepreneur, and owner of Emerald Grace Beauty & Co. Born and raised in Virginia, Natalie grew up singing and performing, sparking a lifelong love of beauty, fashion, and the stage.
Pageantry has been part of Natalie’s life since she was 11 years old. Over the years, she had the opportunity to work alongside her godmother, Kim Nicewonder, with the Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA programs. Those experiences allowed her to build lifelong relationships within the pageant community and eventually brought her to the Miss Teen USA stage as part of the team behind the scenes.
Now, as Assistant Director of Miss Virginia All American, Natalie is excited to begin a new chapter alongside Kim. She looks forward to encouraging contestants, celebrating their accomplishments, and helping young women grow in confidence as they pursue their goals both on and off the stage.
That mission aligns perfectly with the legacy of the Miss All American Pageant, founded in the late 1970s to recognize confidence, personality, and natural beauty while offering a welcoming, family-oriented pageant experience. By eliminating the traditional talent competition, the organization created a more inclusive opportunity for young women to shine through their character, communication skills, and individuality.
Over decades, the system has grown into one of North America’s premier pageant organizations, launching the journeys of remarkable women-including Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry-and inspiring generations of titleholders.
Today, Virginia Miss All American is proud to partner with RPM Productions and the Miss All American Pageant System to bring this legacy to Virginia. Together, they are committed to helping young women grow as leaders, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact in society.
The winner of Miss Virginia All American will advance to compete at the national Miss All American Pageant, with the opportunity to continue to the international stage at the renowned Miss Supranational pageant.
